How this works
How your project questionnaire works
This questionnaire gives us the information we need to prepare your Links2Redes page. Work through the six sections in any order and return to earlier sections whenever you need to.
You can use brief notes, existing text and files you already have. We’ll review the material and shape the content; you don’t need to write finished copy.
Your answers are saved automatically while you work. Check the save status before closing the page. You can also select Save draft to save your answers manually. If saving fails, keep the page open and try again before leaving.
Use the private link in your invitation email to return to the same questionnaire. Anyone with that link may access your project information, so share it only with people involved in the project.
When you submit, the questionnaire becomes read-only. We’ll review your information and contact you if we need clarification. Submitting does not publish your page or add services to your agreed plan.
Start with your priorities
What do you offer, who is it for and what should visitors do next? Focus on the information someone needs when first discovering your business.
Use the name you want displayed publicly. List up to five key messages in order of importance. For the main action, choose the contact method or destination that matters most to you.
If we’ve already prepared an initial concept, tell us what to keep, what to change and what is missing. Please point out outdated information as well as design preferences.
Show us what makes your brand recognisable
Tell us how you want your business to come across. Examples might include approachable, precise, practical or innovative. Concrete examples are more useful than trying to find the perfect description.
Upload your current logo and add any colour, font or visual guidelines you already use. If you don’t have formal brand guidelines, links or examples are welcome.
Identify old logos, anniversary artwork and other materials that should no longer be used. We’ll use your notes to distinguish current assets from background references.
Check the details people will use
Please check phone numbers, email addresses and links carefully. Include country codes and paste complete website addresses beginning with https:// where available.
Your preferred contact channel helps us prioritise the page’s main action. Tell us separately which older or private details must not appear publicly.
A downloadable contact card, also called a vCard, lets visitors save your contact details to their address book. Include only the details you want them to save.
The languages listed as included refer to your agreed page content. You can request other languages for us to discuss. Changing the questionnaire language does not change those arrangements or translate your answers.
Tell us what each file is for
Choose one image that should lead the page, then add supporting images, documents or videos. Explain the intended order if it matters. Upload files individually using the available upload areas.
Assign a publication permission to each file:
- May be published: we may use it on your page when preparing the agreed content.
- For reference only — do not publish: use it to understand the project or guide the design.
- Private — do not publish: treat it as internal project information.
Reference and private files remain available to the authorised Links2Redes team for project review. These choices describe how a file may be used; they do not create separate access accounts.
For externally hosted files, provide a link and ensure that Links2Redes can access it. Do not include account passwords in the form.
Plus-specific fields appear when the request has been set up for a Plus plan. New requests for additional work will be discussed before implementation.
Plan how people will use your QR code
You don’t need to generate a QR code yourself. Tell us where it will appear and what people should reach when they scan it.
Printed materials, display signs and digital posts have different practical requirements. Let us know about the available space, intended size, background colour and any design restrictions.
Separate trackable links can help distinguish visits from business cards, events or other placements. Select the placements you’d like us to consider; we’ll confirm the setup within the agreed service. This measures access through those links, rather than identifying individual visitors.
Review before submitting
Check the summary, public contact details and publication permissions. Confirm that you may provide the materials and that you understand how the information will be used for the agreed service.
If something needs explaining, add a final note. Your submission gives us material to review; it is not approval to publish everything exactly as supplied.
After submission, the form becomes read-only. If you notice an error afterwards, contact Links2Redes so we can agree the next step. Additional features, languages or work require a separate discussion and confirmation.
